Return Policy for E-Bikes

We want you to love your e-bike, but if you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered. Please review our return policy below:

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The e-bike must have less than 25 miles on the odometer.
• The bike must be returned in like-new condition, free from scratches, dents, or any signs of misuse.
• All original accessories, parts, and packaging must be included (charger, keys, manuals, etc.).

Return Process:

2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the bike’s condition.
3. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping & Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
